ABOUT US

The Regina Synchronized Skating Teams (RSST) began as part of Skate Regina, and became a full Skate Canada club in June 2013. The club is operated by a board of volunteers and is governed by Skate Canada and its mandate. Currently, there are more than fifty members, with numbers increasing each season. All coaches are Skate Canada trained and qualified.

The club trains primarily out of the Balfour Arena and Cooperators Centre from September-March, and is proud to host the annual Living Skies Competition every March. RSST currently offers the CanSkate and StarSkate recreational programs, as well as an adult skills session. The three adult competitive teams attend competitions throughout the Prairie Provinces.

Through a partnership with Skate Regina, the club is expanding its youth competitive programs. The club strives to provide a safe and encouraging team environment where skaters can be themselves, improve their skating skills, and most of all, have fun! Our members look forward to training together, love to laugh, and truly enjoy the sport of skating.
